Pascal Soares

Originally from Dijon, Burgundy in France, Pascal has spent over 35 years living and working in various cities across the United States, including Boston, New York City, and Buffalo. Throughout his time in the United States, Pascal has been actively engaged in fostering connections within the French community, facilitating collaborations between businesses in both countries. He played a pivotal role in introducing Amazon to the French market back in 1999.

Pascal’s expertise extends to economic development, with a focus on life sciences and other sectors. Prior to his return to France for family reasons, Pascal contributed to a start-up dedicated to developing photosensitizer technology for the identification and treatment of cancer cells through photodynamic therapy. Upon his return to France, he joined SONSAS, a start-up specializing in advanced inorganic materials and nanoparticles, where he serves as a key leader in the field. SONAS also offers services such as custom synthesis, scale-up, and characterization of nanoproducts.
