Catarina is a visionary leader with extensive operations management experience in medical device and retail/home furnishing fields. She was previously the Vice President of Global Business Development for Ottobock, an international orthopedic technology company, and CEO of Empower Health Care Solutions, an OSSUR company, providing international reference data for clinical trials and reimbursement models in the United States. Prior to that, she spent 10 years in various leadership roles at IKEA of Sweden.
