In an era driven by innovation, where creativity and disruption are changing the rules of the game, France and Europe with their natural penchant for tech innovation combined with their new generation of entrepreneurs have created an aspiring and thriving ecosystem that fully embraces cultural diversity and sustainable actions.

In recent years, La French Tech has built what has become a vibrant and dynamic tech ecosystem and a hotbed of talent. It is a true start-up Republic: France re-defines the relation between start-ups and large companies, keeps revising and accelerating especially in culture and entertainment. In doing so, France has experienced an influx of diverse entrepreneurial talents from all around the world coming together to create a powerful international dimension for future growth. We will compare and contrast Texan and French perspectives on how policy impacts change, how technological change impacts policy, and how this dialogue can create real social impact in cultural and entertainment field.
